AMEND on line 55 by inserting the following after the word "entity": "or the board"

AMEND FURTHER on line 56 by striking the word "suggested" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "created"

AMEND FURTHER on line 71 by striking the word "suggest" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "fix"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 72 through 74 by striking everything after the word "officers" on line 72 through the period on line 74 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

to essentially the same standards and requirements as law enforcement officers. The board shall develop and implement a part-time law enforcement officer training program that meets the same performance objectives and has essentially the same or similar content as the programs approved by the board for full-time law enforcement officers and the board shall provide that such training shall be available locally and held at times convenient to the persons required to receive such training.

AMEND FURTHER by striking Sections 2, 3 and 4 in their entirety and renumbering succeeding section.

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
